Please read this agreement carefully before creating an account and/or playing Hellborne. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the creators of Hellborne ("the Game") for the use of the Game software.
By playing the Game, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not play the Game.
The Game is licensed to you, not sold. This EULA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the Game on your personal computer or other compatible device.
The Game and all its content, including but not limited to graphics, audio, and other intellectual property, are the property of the creators of Hellborne and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the Game or its content without the express written consent of the creators of Hellborne.
By playing the Game, you may submit content, such as game play videos or written comments. You grant the creators of Hellborne a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for any purpose related to the Game.
You may not modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game, nor may you create derivative works based on the Game. You may not use the Game for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The creators of Hellborne do not warrant that the Game will meet your requirements or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The creators of Hellborne will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of business.
This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and destroy all copies of the Game in your possession.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and the creators of Hellborne regarding the use of the Game. This EULA will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the creators of Hellborne are located, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. If any provision of this EULA is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
